Dr Vishwajeet said that when the patient's parents examined their child in a hospital, he was found to have a uterus and ovary in it through ultrasound, after which the patient's parents showed doctors at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Lucknow and then contacted SGPGI.

At the same time, the family later showed doctors in the urology department of KGMU and after that, the diagnosis of the patient was done through an endocrinologist, urologist and radiologist and it was found that 46 XX chromosomes were found genetically inside the patient. That is, he was genetically female but his parents had raised him as a male child since childhood and he grew up mentally and physically like a man, so the patient wanted the women's parts found inside him to be completely removed through surgery.

The doctors removed the undeveloped part of the woman found inside him such as the fruit pin tube, vagina uterus, blind pouch and ovary through operation, after which the undeveloped penis was corrected through glanuloplasty and tube construction through phallus reconstruction and the operation was successful.
