Kanpur: A boy from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, married a girl from Begusarai in Bihar and after this, about one and a half months passed, but he could not return to his house with his wife. The ongoing lockdown across the country is currently in its third phase, due to which the groom is trapped in his mother-in-law's house in Bihar along with the Baratis.

Due to the lockdown and restrictions imposed due to the Corona epidemic, the bridegroom and the baraati have all been staying here for about 45 days. In such a situation, the burden of taking care of so many people on the girl's family is increasing. Imtiaz, a resident of Chaubepur village in Kanpur, married the fragrance of Begusarai on 21 March. Just a day after that, i.e. on March 22, the Janata curfew was announced and after this the lockdown was implemented, due to which the groom, including 12 barayats, could not return to their house.

The groom's sister Afreen told that, 'The procession has not returned yet and we are extremely upset. We can understand how difficult it must have been for the bride's family to feed so many people for so many days. Imtiaz said that he has got his name written to the local authorities and now wants to return to his home with the bride.
