Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimpur Kheri district, two brothers had a bloody fight over a land dispute. In this quarrel, the younger brother attacked the elder brother and nephew with a sword, in which the nephew died on the spot. While the brother was seriously injured. The seriously injured have been referred to the district hospital. An accused who carried out the incident has been arrested by the police.

According to the report, there was a dispute going on for a long time between two brothers over a piece of land in Mohalla Singhiya of Palia. It is said that the quarrel started between the two brothers on Tuesday morning. After some time, the quarrel increased so much that a brother brought out a sword and attacked his elder brother and nephew. In this bloody battle, Irfan (16) son of Abdul Rahim died on the spot, while Abdul Rahim's son Hasrat was seriously injured. 

In injured condition, Abdul Rahim was taken to the Community Health Center Palia, where after first aid he was referred to the district hospital. Giving information, Palia Inspector PK Mishra has told that there was a dispute between the two families regarding 10 feet of land. This incident happened in the morning regarding this. The accused has been arrested by the police.
