Lucknow: The investigation into the Kamlesh Tiwari murder case is going on and the hands of the police are reaching the neck of the criminals related to it. Now ATS has arrested another accused Yusuf Khan on Friday evening. It is being told that the pistols of Yusuf were given to the killers of Hindu Samaj Party leader Kamlesh Tiwari, Ashfaq and Moinuddin.

He was nabbed from Kanpur on Friday evening. He came to a relative's house in Ghantaghar area of Harbansh Mohal. After the arrest of Yusuf, ATS officials kept questioning him till late night. At the same time, the police has made inquiries to gather information regarding other assistants of the killers. Yusuf, a resident of Raipur Muwari of Hathgaon police station area of Fatehpur, used to work at a shop in Surat. Here he met Rashid Pathan, Ashfaq and Moinuddin. Yusuf gave pistols to Ashfaq and Moinuddin in Surat in 2018 itself.

Gujarat and UP ATS have seized two mobiles from Yusuf. Officers are questioning him and trying to know from where and from whom he obtained the pistol to give to the killers. The call details of his mobile phone are being checked, so that it can be clear which people Yusuf had contacted besides the killers.
