Balrampur: A major road accident has taken place on the National Highway in the Balrampur district of Uttar Pradesh. Here, in an attempt to save a biker, the car overturned in a pit filled with water. All the six people in the car have lost their lives in the accident. Two children were among the dead. The incident took place near Siva Nagar in the Maharajganj Terai police station area.
Villagers said that while rescuing the biker, the car went out of control and overturned in a pit filled with water on the roadside. The villagers pulled all the people out of the water immediately after the incident. The police were informed, but no one's life was saved. All people are said to be members of the same family. All the bodies have been rushed to the hospital in the accident on National Highway 730. Balrampur Additional Superintendent of Police Arvind Mishra has informed about the incident and said that a tragic incident has taken place in the Maharajganj Terai police station area.
According to reports, the family from Tarabganj in Gonda was riding a Swift Desire car. In an attempt to save one of its bikes in which the car went out of control and drowned in a water-filled pit on the roadside. Police who reached the spot after receiving information evacuated everyone and rushed them to the hospital. These include 3 men and 3 women. All have been declared dead. Where the bike rider is undergoing treatment at the hospital.
