Lucknow: A bulldozer of the Municipal Corporation has run outside the office of the Samajwadi Party (SP) in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. The corporation has demolished the shops outside the SP office. Actually, the corporation had sent several notices to the shopkeepers regarding encroachment, but they did not respond. In UP, these days strict action is being taken against people who illegally occupy government and footpath land. The illegally occupied land is being freed from possession by running a bulldozer. Under this, a bulldozer was run outside the SP office in Lucknow today.
Actually, the Lucknow Municipal Corporation had sent notices to the owners of shops set up outside the SP office. They were asked to remove the encroachment, but the shopkeepers did not shift their shops, after which the Municipal Corporation resorted to bulldozer action. It is noteworthy that the image of CM Yogi Adityanath remains that of a law-abiding Chief Minister. If there is a riot or violence anywhere in any district in the state, then punishment is given by running a bulldozer at the house of the accused.
Earlier, questions were raised on the action of the bulldozer for the demolition of the house of Javed Pump, the main accused in the violence that broke out in Prayagraj.
