Lucknow: As soon as the summer season approaches, incidents of fire have started coming to light. Many times, due to fire in the field, the standing crop of the farmer is turned into ashes and they have to suffer heavy losses. One such case has been reported from Chandauli in Uttar Pradesh. Where a sudden fire broke out in the standing wheat crop in the Chakia area. Due to this, the earnings of the blood and sweat of 15 farmers were burnt to ashes. 

A fire broke out in Siwan under Sikanderpur village of Chakia, burning down a standing crop of 40 bighas of wheat. As soon as the incident was reported, fire tenders tried to douse the fire. But by then the standing wheat crop had been burnt down. How the fire started is not yet known. It is suspected that the fire broke out due to a short circuit in the high tension wire passing through the middle of the fields. 

The local administration is investigating what caused the fire in the fields. On the other hand, this loss of farmers is being assessed by the district administration, it is being said that the government will give the compensation admissible. In fact, on Friday afternoon, a sudden fire in the standing wheat crop in Siwan took a severe form and as soon as the standing wheat crop of 15 farmers was burnt to the ground, more than 40 bighas of standing wheat crop was burnt to the bottom.
