On the foundation day of Uttar Pradesh i.e. Uttar Pradesh, the three-day colorful fair of Uttar Pradesh day started from Friday at Awadh Shilpgram from Lucknow. Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath lit the lamp and inaugurated 'Uttar Pradesh Day'. The ceremony will conclude on Republic Day on 26 January.

On the foundation day of Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will lay the foundation of Atal residential schools in 15 divisional headquarters.
