Lucknow: Two teenage girls were run over by a drunk car driver in the Rajnagar Extension area of the Nand Gram police station area of Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh. Both the teenagers were seriously injured in the accident, who have been admitted to the District MMG Hospital in Ghaziabad. After the incident, the accused youth fled from the spot.

According to information received from the police, the accused Bunty works as a driver in a Delhi-based company. He sat in the car before the accident with his friend Faizan alias Raja and drank alcohol. Faizan alias Raja was driving the car at the time of the incident. The speed of the car is said to be very high and the accused Faizan was driving the car at a speed of about 100 km per hour, where the two teenagers who were crossing the road were hit by the car and were seriously injured.
