Lucknow: The Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh will spend 2,000 crore rupees to speed up the development work of Ayodhya. According to the state Information Department, the Government has prepared a special plan to embellish Ayodhya and make it a hub of religious tourism. The state government expects the number of tourists visiting Ayodhya in 11 years will triple from 2.2 crores to 6.8 crores in the coming year after the Ram Temple and the world's tallest Lord Ram statue will be built.

It is reported that CM Yogi Adityanath, who is reviewing the construction work in Ayodhya through video conferencing, said that the government has to work for all-round development of Ayodhya. CM Yogi also instructed the officers to take care of the quality with all the work completed. According to CM Yogi's statement issued on behalf of the UP government, Ayodhya is rapidly emerging as a hub of religious tourism. So, the development work should be expedited and there will be no dearth of money.

CM Yogi asked the officials to consider the possibility of developing Ayodhya so that it could be identified as a solar city. He said that the branding of Ayodhya should also help good and potential professionals. Development plans should be formulated in such a way that the historical and religious heritage of Ayodhya is protected and preserved.
