Moradabad: There was a stir in the Katghar police station area of Moradabad in UP when four youths drifted into the Ramganga river while immersing Ganesha. Somehow the people present on the spot saved the three youths. But the young man was not found. After this, the local people became angry with the police administration. Because no safety measures were taken at the time of immersion. With this, the police team did not reach the spot for relief and rescue work even after the information of the accident. On this, people blocked the Delhi-Lucknow highway.
