The police, who arrived at the scene, freed the ice cream vendor from the clutches of Daroga and the case has now been investigated by a CO-level officer. Victim Amit Kumar alias Tinku has told police that at 11 o'clock on July 13, Daroga Barola Neeraj, a soldier and a juicer came to my shop. I gave them Rs 50 for ice cream. The victim alleges that even after several complaints, no action is being taken against the accused policemen, after which she met the SSP of Gautam Buddha Nagar on her complaint and heard the entire incident. After a complaint from the SSP, the investigation into the case has been handed over to the CO level officer.
