Lucknow: A shocking case has come to light in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. A Kalyugi father raped his 8-year-old daughter. On hearing the screams, the uncle and aunt reached the spot, and the accused father fled. The victim has informed that the stepmother used to scold her when she protested. At the same time, the police registered a case and arrested the accused.

According to the report, this case is of Baheri. Here, the accused Rajesh Kumar Kesar works as a cobbler near the railway gate. His wife died a year ago. After which he got married for the second time. He has an eight-year-old daughter from his first wife. Rajesh's brother said that he sleeps inside the hut with his wife and the daughter sleeps outside of the hut. On Monday night, the girl's screams were heard. When the uncle-aunt reached the spot, Rajesh fled from the spot. The child was crying. When the uncle asked calmly, she told that the father had done dirty work with her. He used to rape her earlier, but the stepmother scolded her for protesting or crying. She always supported her husband.  

On Wednesday, the uncle and aunt reached the police with the niece. Innocent told the police about the rape. After this, the police conducted a medical examination of the girl. At the same time, on the complaint of the uncle, a case was registered against the accused and the accused father was arrested and the stepmother was taken into custody. Police said that a case under POCSO was registered against the accused in Haldwani earlier. In which he came out of jail a few days ago.
