Dehradun: Police have solved the mystery of the death of a 14-year-old girl in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. The police investigation has revealed a surprising revelation. According to the police, the girl's body had to be dug out from the graveyard to solve the mystery of her death. When the police conducted a post-mortem of the body, it was found that she had been murdered.

After which the police officers started searching for the killer. After this, the girl's maternal uncle expressed suspicion on her father. When the police investigated this angle in depth, mama's suspicion turned out to be true. The police have arrested the girl's father. The teenager is said to be 14 years old. She was a resident of Kichha village in US Nagar. It is being told that the teenager used to talk with a young man from the neighborhood. She used to resemble him. The father suspected that the teenager had an illicit relationship with the young man. At this point, he killed his daughter. The accused's son also supported him in this murder. The police have arrested the accused, while his son  has absconded.

The accused was produced in court on Friday. According to the police officer, the teenager was strangled to death. The accused is a resident of Bareilly district of UP. After committing the crime, he went to Devrania. The police have arrested him from there. The teenager was a resident of Siroli Kalan village under Pulbhatta police station. His name is Sonny. He was murdered on May 27. Now, the accused has confessed to his crime before the police. He told the police that the daughter had an illicit relationship with a young man living in the neighbourhood. He  refused many times, but she did not agree, so she was killed.
