Dehradun: Several states in the country are still under a ban for many items due to the corona epidemic, meanwhile, 14,007 government and private schools from class I to V, which have been closed for more than a year and a half due to corona in Uttarakhand, have opened from today. After the order of the government, all preparations for the opening of schools were completed by the Department. As per the directions of the Director of Education Ramakrishna Uniyal, children were admitted in all schools in full compliance with the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). In most of the schools, children got admission only after thermal screening and sanitisation. Most of the government schools will have classes for three hours.

Primary schools were closed in March 2000 in view of the increasing number of coronavirus cases in the same State. Now that the situation is somewhat normal, an order was issued by the government to open schools from Tuesday. According to the Director of Education, the closure of the school has affected the education of children.

In order to reduce the loss of the same education, a bridge course for children will be run with the help of diet and SCERT. The Director of Education said that schools will continue to study both online and offline. There will be no pressure on parents to send children to school. The Same SOP was not followed on the first day in government and private schools in Kashipur.
