Dehradun: Ahead of assembly elections, several beneficial decisions once again came out of the Dhami cabinet box. In a meeting of the state cabinet chaired by CM Pushkar Singh Dhami on Wednesday, it was decided to waive off home tax for ex-servicemen in urban local body areas. 1200 to Rs.1500 per month under the Pension Scheme of the Department of Social Welfare. In the previous Cabinet, it was decided to provide old age and widow pension of Rs.1400 and pension benefits to both husband and wife.
Key Decisions of the Cabinet:-
* Authorized the Chief Minister to lease 94 gardens of the Horticulture Department. Approval of the rules of the State Data Center 2022 Policy Approved New Tehsildar Service Manual approved the cost of the sluggishness of government cheap gall sellers in CM pulses funded scheme instead of Rs 18 to Rs 50 per quintal.
* Whoever will repair the roads in Industrial Sector Sidkul Udham Singh Nagar. Under Pay Protection in Drinking Water and Drinking Water Institute, salary will be paid from the Departmental Secretary.
* The government will give jobs to the dependents of the deceased in sugar mills.
* Payment of salaries of employees posted in drinking water and water institutions will be done through the departmental secretary.
* Gangolihat Nagar Panchayat will get Municipality status.
* Uttarakhand Landslide and Mitigation Center will be made under Disaster Management Department.
* To promote tourism, hotels and resorts were given relief in building bylaws.
* Personal Protection Rules 2021 allowed. Permission to amend the Financial Hand Book.
* It was decided to relax the residential building policy from the point of view of tourism. The decision to set up Projection Management Cell in ITDA Information Technology Development Agency.
* Decision to bring career advancement policy in government and non-government colleges.
* Study leave will be sanctioned to 20 per cent of the members posted in the faculty for the requirement of PhD in an appointment under UGC.
* Decision to add period of training for Naib Tehsildar by amending Uttarakhand Subordinate Revenue Executive Manual.
* It is 32.39 in Laksar's village Prahladpur, Shahpur and Madarpur. The land will be transferred to SIDCUL.
* Decision to give 0.56-hectare land free of cost for Nagar Palika Parishad Garud office.
* Under the centrally funded Action Plan Smart Policy, Rs 3491 crore has been allowed for power cable work.
* DPR of Rs 1676.52 crore for works related to the underground line, high tension line in Pitkul, UPCL will be given on the terms of the Central Government.
* In lieu of the land of SIDCUL for the establishment of AIIMS in Kichha, the land will be given in village Khurpia.
* Permission to reorganize category B posts of all sections of Horticulture and Food Processing Department.
* Permission to Uttarakhand Horticulture and Food Processing Group A Service (Amendment) and Horticulture and Food Processing Group B Service (Amendment) Rules.
* Funding pattern permitted under the ADB-funded Transmission Strengthening and Distribution Improvement Program.
