Dehradun: In many parts of Uttarakhand, it may rain even today. According to the weather centre, there is a possibility of cloudy weather in most areas. Moderate to light rain may occur in some areas. Today, the movement of trains on the Chardham Yatra route will start. The current is spreading in houses from the high-tension line in Ambedkar Colony, Mussoorie Gandhi Chowk.

The residents of the colony say that there have filed a complaint about this many times, but no action has been taken. Local public representative Sachin Guher told that the high-speed line is going from the roof of many houses in the locality at just three to four feet height. This line spreads the current in the houses during the rain, due to which people face extreme problems. If the work of removing the power lines is not done soon, then the office of the Electricity Department will be cordoned off.
