The deceased girl's younger brother and three other children were also with him during the incident on Tuesday night. His life was saved due to getting out of the vehicle in time. In the Vikas Bhawan campus, a ramshackle taxi vehicle, which had been standing for years in front of the main gate of the district treasury, caught fire around 11 pm on Tuesday.
