Patna: Lok Janshakti Party leader Chirag Paswan has released his vision document for the Bihar Assembly elections on Wednesday. Nitish Kumar has come to the target of Chirag Paswan, and he said Nitish Kumar government has no achievement. All the schemes of the central government are being given their achievements. In addition, Chirag has made many big promises through the vision document.

Here's what Chirag Paswan did in his vision document.

• Ministry of Migrant Labour separately on the formation of the government, to keep in touch with workers living in other states.
• Promise to open large-scale medical colleges, engineering colleges in the state so that the Bihari youth does not go out to study.
• Bihar does not have an effective health facility at present. Hospitals do not have doctors while jobs are lying vacant.
• The plan to connect rivers should be expedited so as to address the problem of floods and droughts.
• Bihar in favour of granting special status to Bihar.
• The focus on investment through investors' summit in Bihar will be on land reforms.
• Promote religious tourism, connect Sitamarhi with Ayodhya.

According to the information received, former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee had started a scheme to connect rivers in the country, which is now being pursued by the Modi government. In his address, Chirag Paswan repeatedly talks about Prime Minister Modi's development and has now spoken of pushing the same plan of Atal to solve the flood problem in Bihar.

Chirag Paswan has given his vision document the slogan 'Bihar First and Bihari First'. He said that we are going to preach by road. Even though other leaders of my party can travel by helicopter, I will preach by road. Our CM will also leave the helicopter and come on the road. In his address, Chirag said, "I am associated with PM Modi's development thinking and will not go with the Grand Alliance. We don't tie up after the elections, I'm with the BJP from the beginning."
