Special flight reaches Indore with passengers stranded in London

Indore: Many people are trapped abroad due to the worldwide crisis of Corona. The Government of India has made arrangements to bring them back. Air India special aircraft carrying 93 passengers from Indore and Madhya Pradesh stranded in London reached Indore Airport via Mumbai on Sunday morning. Domestic flights will also start operating from Indore Airport from Monday. Special flights are being operated by the central government under the Vande Bharat Mission for the return of Indians stranded abroad. Under this, a special flight reached Indore via London to Mumbai on Sunday morning.

However, 93 passengers from Madhya Pradesh and adjoining areas attended it. In this regard, Airport Director Arima Sanyal has told that these passengers will have to stay in the Quarantine Center for 14 days and Home Quarantine for 14 days. The district administration has made arrangements to quarantine the travelers who belong to Indore to two hotels in Indore, Amar Vilas and Regenta.

The administration has made special discounts available for these hotels. Buses and taxis have been arranged at the airport for passengers of other districts. These travelers will have to go to their districts and be quarantined.
