material-
Boiled grated potatoes
1 bowl chopped onion
1 bowl chopped capsicum
1 bowl chopped carrots
1 bowl peas
1 bowl sweet corn
Coriander leaves
1 teaspoon red chili powder, garam masala, mango powder, chaat masala
1 teaspoon pepper
Bread powder
1 spoon ginger-garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 bowl all purpose flour and cornflour
Water
To make sauce
Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic paste - a spoon
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
Chili Flakes - ½ teaspoon
Method-
In a bowl, mix all the spices and onion, capsicum, carrot, pea sweet corn and bread crush together with potatoes.
Put maida (white flour) cornflour, black pepper and salt in another bowl and add some water to it to make a batter.
Make balls of this mixture and dip it in the batter. After that, wrap it in bread crush. Prepare all the balls in this way.
When the oil in the pan becomes hot, bake it on low heat. Take them out when they are golden. Your veg lollipops are ready.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
