A famous actress of Malayalam serials has filed a complaint of threats being received by some unknown persons. The actress's name is Nimisha. Nimisha in her complaint filed today said that she is receiving threats through social media and mobile. Let me tell you that the case of actress Nimisha riding a boat in Palliyodam wearing slippers and violating temple rules for religious rituals is being investigated.

The same actress said that when she came to know that what she had done was "wrong" and against customs and practices, she had immediately removed the photo sitting on the holy boat from social media. The actress, while discussing with reporters, said, "I didn't know that it was wrong to board the Palliyodam (Rasmi Snake Boat) and it was only for temple traditions. I immediately removed the picture as soon as I found out, but since then I have been receiving threats from unknown people and they are calling me indecent things."

She also said that these people are not leaving their families too. Nimisha said she would not have even stepped on the boat if the temple management or locals had informed her about it. Police have registered a complaint against Nimisha and one of her friends under Section 153 of the IPC. Nimisha was also with her friend when she allegedly hurt people's sentiments.
