Vice Chancellor accused of corruption gets Best VC award

Patna: The Vice Chancellor of Lalit Narayan University, who received the Best VC award, has been accused of corruption. Professor SP Singh has been accused of irregularities in the tender for purchase of books. Professor Singh is accused of buying books without tender from publishers he knows. Atul Srivastava of Lucknow called raj bhavan and pressured him to make payments. Professor Singh lalit narayan is the vice chancellor in charge of the university as well as four other universities.

The vice chancellor of Dibrugarh University Ranjit Tamuli, who is under trial due to financial irregularities, has been appointed by Governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi has dismissed the post with immediate effect. He was earlier suspended by the Governor when a Fact Finding Committee accused him of financial irregularities, corruption and misuse of office while serving as vice-chancellor.

On the other hand, today, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar completed his 15 years as chief minister. The party will celebrate it in full swing today. A mega event will be organized by JDU on the occasion. As a result, the party will present the report card to the people. Tell us that this is the first time that such a large scale programme is being done by the JDU. The programme will also give the party its strength and take credit on the pretext of Nitish Kumar's development work.
