Lucknow: The Purvanchal Expressway will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 16. The planes have been landed on the Purvanchal Expressway on Sunday ahead of the inauguration. When the heavy C-130 Super Hercules aircraft and then a fighter plane landed on the Purvanchal Expressway with a loud roar tearing the sky. Where it is found that aircraft like Sukhoi-30 MKI, C-130 J Super Hercules of the Air Force are scheduled to land in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 16. Many Sukhoi and Rafale fighter jets will be taken off as soon as they land amidst touch-and-go operations on the expressway. Tight arrangements are being made on a war footing to ensure that there is no difficulty in landing and flying the fighter plane. It has also been inspected several times by the top officials of the Air Force.

Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the 42,000 crore rupees expressway on Tuesday, November 16. This expressway will greatly reduce the travel time of many cities of Purvanchal to Lucknow. Prime Minister Modi could inaugurate this expressway with full enthusiasm, for which the painting work has also been completed.

An attractive staircase has been made to land on the platform below the airstrip. Service lanes are being constructed on both sides of the strip. After getting the green signal from the PMO to inaugurate the expressway on behalf of the PM, the administration along with UPDA is busy with preparations. While it is learnt that the 354 km long Purvanchal Expressway is currently being constructed between Ghazipur and Lucknow, CM Yogi Adityanath has directed to extend it to Ballia.
