A fresh example of how fatal the mistake of getting off a moving train can prove to be has been seen at Sawai Madhopur railway station. A young man, who tried to get down from the speeding train on the platform here, has escaped being hit by the train due to the alertness and promptness of the RPF personnel. The video of the incident was captured on CCTV, which the Railway Ministry shared from the official account of the indigenous social media platform Koo App, and also requested everyone not to commit such a fatal mistake.
Sharing the video of the incident from the Ministry of Railways, he wrote, "The life of the passenger was saved by the alertness and promptness of the RPF personnel! In Rajasthan, a passenger who fell on a platform while alighting from a moving train at Sawai Madhopur junction was rescued by railway security personnel. Getting on/off a running train can be fatal, and requesting everyone not to do so. Obviously, even a little carelessness can take your life. So don't forget to get off any moving vehicle and stop others from doing the same.''
Earlier on Wednesday, a major accident was averted due to the promptness of an employee at Bhusawal railway station in Maharashtra.
