Though he will next be seen as Thalapathy Vijay's main antagonist in Master, there are now reports stating that he will play an important role in the Kollywood film directed by Deepak Sundararajan. He is directing the film. The son of popular director and actor Sundararajan, he worked as an ally of AL Vijay in the film Thalaivi.
Apparently, Vijay Sethupathi will appear in a special role in the film. According to the sources, Taapsee Pannu will be seen as the leading lady in the film. The film is produced by the studio of the makers of Jana Gana Mana. Apparently, the producers are planning to start shooting in Jaipur in September, and they plan to complete it all at once.
Taapsee, who has acted in critically acclaimed Bollywood films like Thapad, has acted in some notable South films, including Game Over and National Award-winning film Aadukalam. Vijay Sethupathi has acted in many hit films, including Kai Ranasingam, Kadissi Vivasay, Labam, Tughlaq Darbar. He will also be seen playing the lead role in Muttiah Muralitharan's biopic. Apart from this, his much-awaited film Kathu Vakula is Rendu Kadhal directed by Vignesh Shivan, with Samantha Akkineni and Nayantara as the lead women.
