Vijaywada Fire: CM Jagan orders for an enquiry

Hotel Swarna Palace, which was established as the Covid Care Center, is actually a hotel. It was about to close due to the lack of visitors because of the lockdown conditions. It is said that Ramesh Hospital has temporarily leased it and a Covid center was set up in this leased building. No changes or additions were made to it in accordance with hospital regulations.

As soon as the fires broke out, it spread throughout the building. The first fire broke out on the ground floor. Within seconds the fire had spread to the first floor. According to the families of the deceased, despite the fact that a fire broke out on the ground floor, neither the patients nor the staff could get out immediately. Having only one way to get to the ground floor, they could not get out as it was caught in the fire. As a result, they all opened the window panes and came out.
