Saturday; July 16, 2016: Vijendra Singh,who is the Indian boxing star will take on Welsh-born Australian Kerry Hope in his maiden title bout for the empty WBO Asia Pacific super middleweight belt in New Delhi on Sunday.
Singh,the 30 year old boxing player has won all six pro bouts after turning pro via knockouts, will be up next to his most practiced and talented rival so far as Hope is a former WBCC European champion with 23-7 win-loss record.
Sunday fight night will also feature seven other undercard bouts, including boxers from the Indian Boxing Council's stable and two Thai invites.
If Singh will win the tomorrow’s fight, he would get a crack at the top-15 of WBO world rankings.
