While fielding against Kolkata Knight riders, Kohli sustained a split webbing in his left hand as he went for a diving catch. He left the field for a short while for getting medical assistance, got his webbing taped and was back in field. Soon after powering RCB to a thumping nine-wicket win over KKR at the Eden Gardens, Virat Kohli was seen with the bollywood actor and co-owner of KKR Shah Rukh Khan.
Shahrukh was accompanied by his little son AbRam and seemed to be inquiring about Virat's injury. During the presentation he said that he might need 7-8 stitches. And RCB’s manager Avinash Vaidya said that India’s No 1 batsman will be playing on Wednesday too even after the injury.
