Domnica: On the third day of the ongoing first Test in Dominica, Virat Kohli was seen dancing after reaching 8500 Test runs.
West Indies' second innings was about to begin at the time. Notably, India passed the 400-run threshold thanks to the renowned star player's 76 runs in the innings.
Kohli had a few lucky escapes despite celebrating his 29th Test fifty after being dropped twice. He had his first opportunity when he was on 40 and his second one when he was on 76 because Windies keeper Joshua Da Silva flubbed a legal catch.

After India declared their first innings on a remarkable 421-run total, Kohli, known for his distinctive on-field gestures, was in a cheerful frame of mind.
Just before the hosts' second inning began, the seasoned Indian batsman showed that he was enjoying his time in the Caribbean by breaking out into a few dancing steps.
Kohli produced a strong performance in the Test match despite the Dominica deck's clever trickery, putting together a valiant 76-run effort before succumbing to Rahkeem Cornwall. Ishan Kishan, a debutant, joined Ravindra Jadeja in the middle after he left, and it took him 19 deliveries to get his first Test run.

After Kishan finally scored in a Test match, India chose to declare their first innings at 421 for 5. West Indies' answer hasn't gone well as they were trapped into Indian Spinners Web. West Indies lost all the wickets by just scoring 130 runs. Ashwin gave an exceptional performance and took 12 wickets throughout both the innings making India win the 1st test match of the tour.
