Ayodhya: The Saints and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) of Ayodhya have declared that Maharashtra CM and Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray will not be welcomed to Ayodhya after the Kangana Ranaut case. The priest of Hanuman Garhi Temple, Mahant Raju Das, questioned the demolition of Ranaut's office by the BMC and said, "Uddhav Thackeray and Shiv Sena are no longer welcome in Ayodhya. Now, if he comes here, the CM of Maharashtra will have to face stiff opposition from the Saints of Ayodhya. "

Mahant Raju Das further said, "The Maharashtra government carried out the work against Kangana without wasting the moment. But the same government has not yet been able to take action against the murderer of two sadhus in the Palghar. VHP Regional spokesperson Sharad Sharma said, "It is evident that Shiv Sena is deliberately targeting Kangana because she is supporting nationalist forces and has raised her voice against the drug mafia in Mumbai. He said that action has been taken by the Maharashtra government with the wrong intention against the actress".

The head of Ayodhya Sant Samaj, Mahant Kanhaiya Das, also accused the Maharashtra government of rescuing those who are involved in anti-social activities and they have given the CM of Maharashtra a warning not to come to Ayodhya. Mahant Kanhaiya Das said, "Uddhav Thackeray will no longer be welcomed in Ayodhya. Why is Shiv Sena attacking Kangana? Everyone can see, It's no secret. Shiv Sena is not the same as it used to be at the time of Balasaheb Thackeray. "
