Lucknow: UP police is facing highly condemnation now after a police constable shot dead an Apple executive Vivek Tiwari on Saturday. Come under heavy fire after the news went viral, the cop reportedly said that he had fired in self-defense.

Huge rage came after the killing incident happened but what is shocking is that the cop who allegedly killed Tiwari has not even been named in the UP police's First Information Report(FIR).

Media reports suggested that the FIR has been registered against nameless UP police personnel.

Meanwhile, Kalpana Tiwari, the wife of the dead Vivek Tiwari said that it is clearly not an accidental case, it is a murder. She alleged that a government servant has killed her innocent husband.

For the compensation of murder, She wanted to talk to the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath who claimed that this is not an encounter and assured for CBI inquiry if needed.

Kalpana Tiwari on Saturday wrote to Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath demanding a CBI inquiry into the incident. She has also demanded a compensation of Rs 1 crore and a job in the police department.

A case of murder under section 302 IPC has been registered against the two policemen. Stringent action will be taken assured Anand Kumar, UP ADG Law & Order on the incident where Vivek Tiwari was shot at by police personnel. He later succumbed to his injuries.

Sana Khan, who was present in the car with Vivek complained of this matter to the police, Sana Khan has alleged that police personnel followed them with bike and then fired bullets targeting them. After which Lucknow police has registered a case against two policemen and ordered an inquiry. To investigate the matter, police officers have constituted a special Investigation Team. Police said that this incident was done at Gomti Nagar police station on Friday night. Kalpana Tiwari, wife of late Vivek, has approached the CM Yogi Adityanath of UP that he should come to his house and talk to her, as well as take strict action against the police.
