Walking is the best natural remedy to lose weight, instead of trying those heavy weights and exhausting workouts at the gym. Keeping it simple and calm is the best you can give your body the time and process to lose weight.

Take long strolls

Going for a relaxing walk will help your body gain stamina and keep you from getting too exhausted. You can either after walk back home from work, take a stroll in the evening with your dog, or take a walk after dinner. Long relaxing walks will calm your body down and keep you relaxed.

Walk your kid to school

Walking your kid to school is another good option to make you walk it out. Even if it takes you 15 minutes or 20 to reach is a good daily exercise, and if your kid is small, you can even carry them to school that will boost your energy and keep you feeling fresh throughout the day.  

Plan out your walking regime

If you are not able to walk around to do your daily task. Then make it a point to go for a 30 minute brisk walk to the park or around your building.

Go for a power walk

Once you have gained stamina and are used to your brisk walking, try power walks at least three times a week. It helps you burn calories faster and that helps in weight loss.
