New Delhi: India and Pakistan will face each other in their first match in the Asia Cup 2022. The second match of the Asia Cup between Team India and Pakistan is to be played in Dubai on August 28. The match between India and Pakistan becomes very important not only for the cricket fans of these two countries but also for the cricket fans of the whole world. Ahead of the mega clash, former Pakistan captain and well-known fast bowler Wasim Akram has expressed his opinion about the most dangerous Indian batsman.

However, the legendary bowler has not named Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli or KL Rahul in his reply, but he has described Suryakumar Yadav as the most dangerous Indian batsman. Suryakumar has scored a total of 672 runs in 23 T20 Internationals at an average of 37.33. Which includes five fifties and a century. Suryakumar has scored at a blistering strike rate of over 175 and has emerged as a match-winner in the Indian team of late. Akram said "It is true that Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul and Virat Kohli are in Team India. But, in the shortest format of cricket, my favourite batsman nowadays is Suryakumar Yadav.''

Akram further said, 'He is a tremendous player. I saw him when he played cricket for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). And he played some great shots while batting at No. 7 or No. 8. The first match of the Asia Cup is to be played on August 27. The Asia Cup is being hosted by Sri Lanka Cricket in the UAE.
