Jaipur: The lifeline of Jaipur, Ajmer, Tonk and Dausa district of Rajasthan has started rising after four days of rain in The Besalpur Dam. Now the good news from the dam is that drinking water has come for more than 60 days for four districts. After good rains in Bhilwara and Ajmer, the water level in the catchment area is continuously rising.

One dam, 21 cities and 2800 villages of four districts. After good rains, the inflow of water into the Besalpur Dam is steadily increasing. After four days of spectacular rain, the dam has reached 306.62 RL meters. The water will help the people of four districts to quench their thirst for 60 days. Earlier, the Besalpur Dam had only water till July 31, but now it will be able to quench the thirst of four districts by September 30. The water level of the dam has reached 4 TMC.

The rain in Bhilwara and Ajmer has caused a continuous rise in the water level in the Besalpur Dam. The Triveni river is in spate after spectacular rains in Bhilwara. The water level in the Besalpur Dam is also rising after the continuous upsurge of the river. The Triveni River has 1.8 meters of water.
