Relief information has come to light from the Government of Goa amidst corona epidemic. CM Pramod Sawant said he has made all arrangements to fight the possible third wave of corona. Goa is ready to deal with a committee of experts and a third wave with necessary infrastructure.
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said on Saturday that an ICU has been set up for one child and one for newborns. At the same time, the task force led by him is ready to buy equipment if needed. The chief minister said private hospitals have been asked to raise additional beds for corona treatment at short notice.
Goa CM Pramod Sawant had on Saturday announced extension of curfew imposed in the state due to corona virus epidemic till June 28. Sawant tweeted that the state level curfew will be extended till 7 am on June 28. Shops in shopping malls except cinema halls, theatres, multiplexes, entertainment sectors will be allowed to open between 7 am and 3 pm. He said the fish market may also open up. Doubts remain over the third wave of corona. The experts have different sides on this subject.
