New Delhi: While addressing the Heart of Asia Conference in Amritsar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi speaks up to defeat terror networks. Also, both the leaders, PM Modi and Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani held bilateral talks on the issues including investment and booting trade.‘Addressing Challenges, Achieving Prosperity’ is the theme of the conference. 

PM Modi said, “Silence and inaction against terrorism in Afghanistan and our region will only embolden terrorists and their masters.”

“We must demonstrate strong collective will to defeat terror network that cause bloodshed and spread fear,” he further added.
