Bhopal: Due to the torrential rains in Madhya Pradesh, normal life has been disrupted. Now, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert in 33 districts of Madhya Pradesh regarding heavy rains. With this, all the major rivers of the state are in spate at this time. Due to heavy rains, leave orders have been issued in all schools in Rajgarh, Dewas, Narsinghpur and Ujjain today.
An alert has been issued in 33 districts of the state in the next 12 hours due to heavy rains in Madhya Pradesh. With this, a red alert has been issued in 14 districts of the state. Meteorological Department has issued Orange Alert in 19 districts. 14 districts with heavy to very heavy rainfall have been placed under the radar alert, Dhar, Indore, Jhabua, Khandwa Khargone, Alirajpur, Betul, Hoshangabad, Harda, Dewas, Rajgarh, Sehore, Vidisha, Sagar.
At the same time, the meteorological department has issued orange alert i.e. heavy rain warning in 19 districts. They include Agar Malwa, Anuppur, Dindori, Ashoknagar, Shivpuri, Jabalpur, Narsinghpur, Mandla, Balaghat, Seoni, Chhatarpur, Damoh, Guna, Ratlam, Shajapur, Bhopal, Raisen, Rewa, Panna districts.
