Kolkata: Consumers Forum of West Bengal has ordered the dentist to give 40 thousand rupees as compensation to the victim for taking the wrong teeth of the patient. However, earlier the lower court gave the same order, but the dentist challenged this decision of the lower court in the Consumer Forum, but the bench of Justices Ishan Chandra Das, Samiti Bhattacharya, and Shyamal Kumar Ghosh rejected the petition of the dentist.
