New Delhi: Britain's Queen Elizabeth II breathed her last at the age of 96 at Balmoral Fort in Scotland on Thursday (September 8). After the queen's death, her son King Charles will sit on Britain's royal throne. After the death of the Queen, there is a wave of mourning in all the countries of the whole world including India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also condoled the death of the Queen. Meanwhile, an American magazine has published news related to India about the death of the Queen, which has been disputed.

Some people in India and Ireland are celebrating the death of Queen Elizabeth, the report said. However, Indian people have strongly objected to this news on social media. Indian users are calling it western media propaganda against India. Even after Queen Elizabeth made several changes to the British Empire during her rule, some in many countries ruled by the British in the past consider the Queen responsible for the barbarity of their people, Newsweek reported. The British state was at its peak in 1913, the magazine said. At that time it was said that the sun of the British Empire would never set. At that time, about 23 per cent of the world's people were controlled by the British Raj.

Actually, at that time the British Raj had occupied many countries of all continents, in which the whole of India came from Asia. Even today, 14 sovereign territories are under British sovereignty.

Derek Grossman, who is associated with the RAND Corporation, reacted to this report of the English media. He has said don't do that. In no way is India happy with the queen's demise. These kinds of headlines only create an atmosphere that the Western media is against India.
