He said that those who are not aware of castes, they are demanding to conduct caste census. Pappu Yadav surrounded the government and also talked about the partition of Bihar. He questioned the government that those who have migrated, will they be called? The President of Jan Adhikar Party said that all the three parties have a hand in the bifurcation of Bihar. Those who went to Partition, will they also be counted? It is worth mentioning that RJD had been demanding for a long time to conduct the caste census.
