The global order is of great importance all over the world today. In fact, on July 17, 1988, many countries of the world came together to reach an agreement for the international criminal court system. This is called the Rome Statute. Today, 139 countries of the world have become part of this agreement. the jurisdiction of the ICC is for extremely serious crimes and does not replace the national judicial system of countries. It intervenes only if a country cannot or does not conduct an investigation.

State that ICC is the first Parliament and independent International Court of Justice to prosecute international humanists and accused of serious human rights violations. This includes genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity. World International Day of Justice is also seen as an opportunity for the people of the world to draw attention to serious issues of international justice.
