Jaipur: The Income Tax Department has also sent a recovery notice for more than Rs 12 crore and Rs 23 lakh to a disabled youth running a small stationery shop in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. Due to which his senses flew away. When he read the notice, he came to know that two other companies were also registered in his name in Surat. After which, he went to file a complaint with the police.

According to Divyang Krishna Gopal Chhaparwal, he has a small stationery shop in Sanganer. He is a photographer, and through this, he is earning 8 to 10 thousand rupees a month. But he was shocked when he was given an income tax notice of Rs 12 crore, Rs 23 lakh, and Rs 90 thousand, or Rs 86. After which he lodged a complaint at Subhash Nagar police station.

'Two companies were mentioned to his face in the notice. In this, he said that legal action should be taken against the person who misused his PAN card and Aadhaar card. In the notice he has received, two companies have been mentioned, but he has nothing to do with them. Not only this, he has never even been to Surat.

'Monthly income is 8 to 10 thousand rupees. The victim has said, "I have a small business in Bhilwara itself. I am a photographer and do photography work at wedding ceremonies. My monthly income is 8 to 10 thousand rupees."
