After complaining of molestation to the police, a criminal named Mohammad Zaid has committed the incident of raping the same daughter of a temple priest at knife point. When the victim student studying in B.Com living near Gabi Hanuman temple went out to go to college, the criminal Zaid caught her.  Thereafter, at knife point she took her to a hotel on Madhav Club Marg and raped her there.

After executing the case, he fled from the spot. After this, the student went to the police station and told the police about the incident. After receiving the complaint, the police arrested the criminal Zaid by registering a case under various sections including rape. Jiwajiganj police station in-charge Gagan Badal said that during interrogation, the criminal said that he is originally from Mumbai and has been doing marketing work in Ujjain for some time. He said that sometime back the girl had filed a complaint of molestation against him. Because of this he had to go to jail. He told that to take revenge for this, he carried out the incident of rape.
