Lokesh Kangaraj reportedly stated in a special interview on SS Music that he will stop acting in films after completing 10 projects. "I have no plans to do a lot of films in my career," the director was quoted as adding. I just left to try the movies. I like to have faith in the producers and all actor lovers because LCU Concept is only possible with their assistance. I will do 10 films & stop!! "

After the huge success of Master, this is the actor-director team's second on-screen collaboration.
The project's female lead will be Trisha Krishnan. With this movie, popular Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt will make his Tamil film debut as the main antagonist. Cast members of the project include Mansoor Ali Khan, Arjun Das, and actor-director Gautham Vasudev Menon, among others. The project's original music and song compositions are being done by Anirudh Ravichander.
