Patna: In Bihar assembly, there was a fierce debate between CM Nitish Kumar and the speaker of the assembly. This altercation between the two took place over the incident of Lakhisarai. Vidhan Sabha Speaker Vijay Sinha said that the police is making a mockery of the Lakhisarai incident. On the other hand, CM Nitish Kumar said that our government neither saves nor implicates anyone.

Let us inform that during Saraswati Puja in Lakhisarai, a person was arrested by the police for violating the corona protocol. The arrested person is close to the Speaker of the Assembly. The speaker had expressed displeasure towards the police regarding this. But till now no concrete action has been taken. CM Nitish objected to the day-to-day ruckus in the assembly over the Lakhisarai issue. CM Nitish said that you are openly violating the constitution, in this way the house will not run. Nitish said, 'There is no point in raising the same issue every day. We will definitely consider that. We will definitely consider the report that the Privileges Committee will present and see which side is right.

CM Nitish further said that, 'The system is run by the constitution, the report of any crime goes to the court, does not come to the house. In such a situation, whoever has the right, let him do his work. There is no need to pursue this matter unnecessarily. You see the constitution, what does the constitution say. Our government neither saves nor implicates anyone.
