Paulo Gabriel da Silva Barros and Katyucia Lie Hoshino have officially become the world's shortest married couple, as recognized by the Guinness World Records. The Brazilian duo, aged 31 and 28 respectively, have been celebrated for their unique achievement.

The couple first met online in 2006 and built a strong relationship over 15 years before tying the knot. Paulo, standing at 90.28 cm (35.54 inches), and Katyucia, at 91.13 cm (35.88 inches), have a combined height of 181.41 cm (71.42 inches).

In a statement to Guinness World Records, they shared, "We may be short but we have big hearts and lots of love for each other as well as everybody in our lives. Our life isn't without its challenges but we are so happy we can tackle these challenges together."
