The Hindi television series Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) is considered one of the classics. This production by Rajan Shahi is still airing and doing well.

"YRKKH has been a show that appeals to every member of the family for more than 13 years. People of all ages have enjoyed the show because it explores the interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships between various family members. Since the first episode, we have tried to stay true to this texture. Audiences will adore the new texture of the show and the distinctive story of the lead pair, according to Rajan Shahi.

With time, YRKKH has always reinvented itself, and Rajan credits the entire team for this. Whether it was the writers, directors, creatives, or production designers, they all helped to keep the show's look and feel fresh. Even our trilogy idea fit the programme well. We first had Akshara and Naitik, who were together for eight years, followed by Kartik and Naira, who were together for six years, and now we have the new couple, Abhimanyu and Akshara," he says.

Speaking more generally about the trilogy, he continues, "This time too, the love story has connected with audiences as it discusses the journey of a young couple who are in love before they decide to get married." Their constant drive to reinvent themselves was another factor that worked in their favour. The Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi jodi followed the Karan Mehra-Hina Khan jodi, and the same legacy is being carried on by the Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathore pairing. Taking risks and the Abhira evolution have always been a part of our process and have benefited us.
