Lucknow: As you all know, ever since the BJP government came to power under the leadership of PM Modi for the second time, since then the government is taking big decisions all over the country, in the same order, the government took a strict action against the sellers of cigarettes and other tobacco products.

According to PM Modi's order, the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has taken this decision on those selling gutkha, bidi and cigarettes. In fact, now in UP, shopkeepers have to first get their license to sell gutka, bidi, cigarette and tobacco, and now shopkeepers have to pay license fee to the municipal corporation to sell gutka, bidi, cigarette and tobacco in UP. 

As per the government order, now if the shopkeeper is found selling gutka, bidi, cigarette and tobacco without license, then the shopkeeper will be fined Rs 2000 for violating the rules and all the material will also be confiscated from the shop and other If the shopkeeper is found violating the rules, then the shopkeeper will be fined Rs 5000, while for the third time, the shopkeeper will be charged Rs 5000 for violating the rules. Strict legal action will be taken, confiscating the contents.
