New Delhi: Have you recently changed your home and want to update the recent address in the Aadhaar card, but what do you have to do if no valid address proof is available with you for the new address. Many people often get confused like this. However, the Aadhaar issuing organization UIDAI gives all the ways to people having 12-digit identification marks. In this link, you can get the address entered in your Aadhaar card updated online with the help of an address verifier. This address verifier can be any person, friend or landlord of your family. For which you have to apply for online address validation letter.

The way to update the address in the Aadhar card without any documents is as follows: -

Log on to UIDAI's official website uidai.gov.in.

There is a menu of 'Update Your Aadhaar' under 'My Aadhaar' tab.

In which you will get the option of 'Request for Address Validation Letter'.

Now a new page will open in front of you. Here, after entering captcha code with 12 digit base digit or 16 digit virtual ID, click on 'Send OTP'.

Now after entering the 6-digit OTP or eight-digit TOTP sent to your registered mobile number, click on the 'Login' button. After which the details of your verifier i.e. the person confirming your address will have to be entered.

Under which you will have to enter the Aadhaar number of the person who confirmed the address.

Verifier will receive a link via SMS to the mobile number registered with UIDAI.

With the verification click on this link, he will receive an OTP.

Now enter the received OTP and captcha code on the registered mobile number.

After verification, you will get the service request number through SMS.

Now log in with SRN. Tick the declaration and then click the 'Submit' button.

Now edit the address in the local language and click on the 'Save' button.

After which tick the declaration and press the 'Submit' button.

Now an 'Address Validation Letter' will be received via post at the Verifier's address. In this letter you will get a 'secret code'.

After which log in to the online address update portal of UIDAI.

Update address through secret code. Also, after reviewing the new address, put the final request.

After which you will receive a URN to track the status of the application.
